We are about building an anti-fragile team. Here are just a few attributes we are looking for as well as some availability requirements 
- Love working with people 
- Team player 
- Consistently demonstrates a desire to learn and self-motivation
- Cleanliness and attention to detail
-Able to work in a high-pressure environment where speed of service and customer service        have to be balanced to create a great experience for guests, even when busy.
-Available 7/12 day parts (Monday 6-10:30am, Monday 10:30-2:30pm etc)
-Available at least 2 Saturdays a month
